Time-Share and Mineral Lease Schemes

Hubbard & Biederman and co-counsel filed a Complaint in connection with the solicitation and sale of time shares in Mexico and mineral leases in Nevada in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. This lawsuit alleges, among other things, that these sales involved unregistered securities.
