Hubbard & Biederman and co-counsel filed a Complaint against TXU and various related entities and individuals in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. This lawsuit challenges these companies' transaction to take TXU private as violating fiduciary duties to the shareholders. A settlement is pending in this matter.
