David M. Grossman presently serves as Of Counsel to the Firm. Mr. Grossman attended the University of Texas at Austin (B.A. 1990) where he graduated as a double major from the Plan II Honors Program and in History. He earned his law degree from at the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 1993). Mr. Grossman has been admitted to the practice in the state of Texas since 1993 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, and District of Colorado. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Consumer Law Section of the Texas Bar, the Business Litigation Section of the Dallas Bar Association, and the Tort and Insurance Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association.
Since joining the practice in 1996, Mr. Grossman has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the nation on a wide variety of complex litigation matters including commercial disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes, consumer credit and finance, and insurance law. Mr. Grossman possesses a unique perspective on litigation garnered from his years of work on both sides of the docket. He is equally adept at representing plaintiffs in high profile consumer class actions as he is working with corporate leadership, in-house counsel, or regulators to prosecute or defend complex litigation.
As a certified mediator, Mr. Grossman also utilizes his substantial and broad ranging subject matter and litigation experience to facilitate productive discussions and assist parties in resolving their disputes through a variety of alternative dispute resolution devices.
